Q:How to keep pmma abs sheet?
A:If the sheet will be kept in humid conditions for long periods, it should be dried before thermoforming. Ideally, this should be done at 80°C for around 2 hours, plus an additional hour for every 1mm of thickness. It is necessary that enough space be left between the sheets (20-30mm) to allow correct drying. To conserve energy and shorten heating times, the amount of time between drying and forming should be as small as possible.
