4.Cooling and Release

Once the plastic has been formed around/into the mold, it needs to cool. Then it is removed from the mould and towards to next step.

5 Cutting

1.What is the forming temperature and heating time?

The temperature is about 120-180℃ for abs or acrylic, usually the heating time is 150 seconds.

 

2.How to tell the sheet is enough for forming?

When the sheet soften and slightly fall down or sag down，it can be formed.
