Roving 2400 tex is made by bundling thousands of E-glass fiber together and chopping them into specified length. Roving 2400 tex are coated by original surface treatment designed for each resin to increase the strength and physical properties.It is used for reinforcement of unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin, epoxy resin etc.

Roving 2400 tex is widely used for spray-up process resin and roving are sprayed onto a mould. The resin and roving be applied separately or simultaneously "chopped" from a chopper gun.

Roving 2400 tex is suitable for FRP spray forming, and can be used with a variety of spray guns and fiber conveying systems in the production of bathtubs, sanitary ware, and swimming pools.
