3.Fiberglass Resin spray machine(also can be sprayed manually)

Bathtub making raw materials are as follows:
1. PMMA/ABS sheets
The thickness: usually use from 2mm to 4.5mm
Color: usually use various white
2. Resin
DC191, making the reinforcement with the fiberglass
3. fiberglass chop strand mat or roving 2400 tex
Making the reinforcement with the resin together
Mat specifications: 300G/M2, 400G/M2
Roving specification: 2400 tex
4. CaCO3 powder
As filling materials for the resin
5. Catalyst for the resin
The blue chemical(mixed with resin and CaCO3 powder ) and the white chemical(added it when spraying)
Steel frame
Supporting the back side of bathtub
Accessory include handle, drainer etc
