They are manufactured by two different production processes. Pmma abs sheet, pmma and abs granule melted simultaneously in different screw with the temperature 180-230℃, then extruded from the mould lip, finally pressured by three rollers with PE film laminating.
Cast acrylic, ad the suggests, MMA liquid is injected into a mould made of two sheets of glass, after then, polymerization occurs as the mold or monomer is immersed in warm water.
