How to use acrylic capped abs sheet making a bathtub

Generally the sheet size is 7-10cm bigger than bathtub size, for example, bathtub size 1700*700, you better choice sheet size is about 1780*780cm. Thick range is from 2mm to 4mm, the more thick you use, the better quality you have.
2. Check the quality of sheet
---When get the sheet, you need check the surface condition:
Check PE film laminating is good or not, check the bubble on the PE film.
---Check pits or lines on the surface of front side.
---Color is normal or not
3.The vacuum forming process
---Clamping
The sheet is placed on the steel frame and fixed it.
---Heating
Heat the sheet with temperature range 120-180℃,it must be heated evenly throughout its thick.If the melted sheet slightly fall down, so air must be injected to lift it up.
---Bubble
The melted sheet stretches and is ready to go into the mold. Make sure that the thickness is even across the entire surface.
---Vacuum
a suction force is applied to form the desired shape.
---Cooling and Remove
the formed sheet cool. Then take away from the mold and moved on to the next step.
---Cutting and drill
Cutting the edge of formed sheet and drill the hole
Reinforce the back of bathtub
Prepare for catalyst, resin , caco3 powder etc, mix it
Prepare for roving 2400 tex or chopped strand mat 300g/m2,
Then the resin spray machine spray roving to reinforce the back of bathtub or the worker use chopped strand mat to cover back of bathtub by hand, then wait it until it dry.
Install accessory and packing
When it dry, you can drill on it and install accessory. Then packing it
